Fernie Music is also offering lessons in all styles of Guitar, as well as Drums, Piano and Vocals.
Our program has been designed over 18 years of trial and error in conjunction with traditional schooling. Corby Potyok, B.F.A. in Music with Honours, B.Ed, from York University, has always believed that in order to learn and understand music, the student must be given the opportunity to explore the instrument through styles that inspire the student. In private lessons such as these it is easy to tailor to the student's wants and needs in order to meet the goals of both the student and the instructor. Each half hour lesson is driven by the elements of musicianship, the student's main focus and goals, and a lot of playing and fun. Through these individualized lesson plans, or mini units we are able to adhere to the needs of students of all ages with great success!!
